A bit of color in Moscow

An innovative real estate

Defeating greyness with a bit of color in Moscow is not a simple mission. In fact, we are talking about an extremely ambitious objective. But not impossible. World real estate often gives us unusual news, but it makes us understand how it is possible to completely modernise an area. How? Simply by inaugurating new projects, which can combine real estate with the world of construction.

Often, the great metropolises suffer from this: a monotony both on a structural and chromatic level. And a wave of colour can only be the solution to this. This idea was adopted in Moscow, one of the coldest places par excellence. Today, therefore, we will focus on this city, analysing the project that seems to have given it a new face !

The project: A bit of colour in Moscow

How is this project structured ? And above all, where does it take hold ? The main purpose is to create a real residential complex on the outskirts of the Russian capital. This project is made up precisely of 47 skyscrapers, thanks to the colored coverings. A bit of colour in Moscow, in short !

The area

In detail, let us therefore analyse the area in which this project will take root. The district is Dmitrovskoe Shosse, located in the northeastern part of Moscow.
The skyscrapers consist of 16 floors. And that is not all. The color comes not only from the panels, but also from the surrounding environment. In fact, this complex is set in a green frame. In fact, there are two municipal courtyards, surrounded by lower buildings that do not affect the multicolored view.

The technique

But the creation of the streets and courtyards is no accident. In fact, the goal is well thought out. In fact, they are used to contrast with the sense of monotony typically structural of the suburbs. With this choice, in fact, have been assigned to the area of the most humanized characteristics, alternating space and color. A greater breath, in short, that joins the “human sense”. Against a reality that may seem asphyxiated.
The courtyards, therefore, also improve the quality of life, in terms of health, but also visual. While the panels take up part of Soviet history, modernizing it.
The empty spaces between the various skyscrapers will create an alternation between brighter and shaded areas.

The realization

The implementation of this project has certainly not been easy. The main problem was to maximize the aesthetics and modernize the surrounding buildings without affecting them. But as a reflex.
Without a shadow of a doubt, this project will not go unnoticed, considering that the main purpose of the project itself: to give a little color to Moscow!
