Kodasema OÜ, an engineering and architecture company based in Estonia, is the mother of this project. Its goal is to create innovative housing solutions that can also meet the needs of a market that, over time, becomes greener.
The initial idea was to create a small prefabricated house with a minimal design. And we can say that the project was completely successful!
First of all, a careful analysis of the materials used must be carried out. These are (of course) wood, glass, mineral wool but also steel. To make the entire structure lighter, were also selected plywood panels for the interior. And despite the fact that it is a tiny house, not even the details have been left out.
The predominant colours are black and white. A classic balance, which allows anyone who visits the house, to have a sense of immediate well-being. Obviously, the predominant element, also in this case, is the wood!
The entrance of natural light is a characteristic element of this house. Large bright windows allow the light to pass through them and enter directly into the house. Saving money and without the aid of artificial lights. Also many rooms, such as the living room, are open space, which means that there is a continuum between the external environment (the sea) and the internal one.
Living in a house by the sea has significant advantages. First, as we had previously anticipated, the feeling of well-being. Ideal to get away from the noise surrounding the city and be able to live a moment of total relaxation. You can also use it temporarily. A valid alternative in short, especially if you want to visit the coastal cities and live a ‘unique experience even at the level of housing.
After this construction, in fact, were many who decided to opt for similar alternatives. Both for the very low environmental impact, but also for the experience guaranteed by a unique property.
A clear example of prefabricated that lends itself well to making even a situation purely limiting, such as that of living on water, productive and optimal for all!
